Middle School Office Hours
Reminder: Parents must send an email to the teacher before the student attends office hours. This allows the teacher to prepare for the student's visit and clarifies that the parents are aware of the student's attendance at office hours.

Language Arts - Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:45-8:15 a.m.

Math - Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Science - Thursdays 7:15-8:15 a.m.

Social Studies - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Art - Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Music - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

PE - Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Spanish - Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Drama - Day 2 before or after school

Library - Mondays and Thursdays 3:30-4:00 p.m.

Water bottle Project

This week in 7th grade math we are continuing to work on the water bottle project.  Everyone has had their volume totals corrected and are accurate and now we are moving onto surface area.  We have practiced and watched videos on how to find the surface area of prisms, cylinder, cones, pyramids, and spheres.  They are now in the process of applying this information to their water bottles. Tomorrow we will move onto how to create flat patterns for all of these different shapes.

Due Dates:

Thursday May 21st Unit 9-10 test
Thursday May 21st alternative assessment due
Thursday May 21st surface area for all three shapes due
Wednesday May 27th 50 multiple choice question comprehensive final
Friday May 29th Final water bottle project due (This date was pushed back one day).
